Sounds like a good idea but...

Ahh yes, the first time I ordered something from Massdrop, back in October 2016. But since you're emailing me about it in November of 2019 I guess I'll share again. I was terribly disappointed with this blue box, terribly disappointed with my first experience with Massdrop. I was on the hunt for a dragonfly and thought this would be a good way to, at a minimum, get the base model - hell maybe even an upgrade... ended up with the H1 serrated version of this knife, which was the one I absolutely did not want. Why ONE 2-1/4" serrated blade option was included with ALL the other non-serrated blade options in this bluebox, I will never know. Then I had got to experience the whole "Massdrop doesn't have a customer service department and you can't exchange this for something you actually want, sell it on ebay". Last time I will ever buy in on a blue box. Knife has sat in the bottom of my golf bag since. Apparently the process has changed since 2016 but I'm spending my money elsewhere. Massdrop barely sells anything you can't buy somewhere else for less, or a few dollars more and shipped immediately. Even the one offs are meh.
