The only knock is the lack of flow through design and no possibility for taking it apart without destroying the handle due to pin construction. If you plan to mod it for the blade, the handle will be damaged in the process. $99 is about as good as you can get on this knife, which is hard to find online for anything less than full MSRP and most are sold out. I own many Spydercos, Benchmades, ZTs, this one rode in my pocket most of the time.
