I don't know why people are surprised that it's not a deal blame spyderco for MAP pricing. Otherwise it's a decent knife and it's not going to be around like the purple PM2

Ogen_the_MaticThat's fair I really like the fact that this is actually coming from spyderco through massdrop the amount of spyderco s that are fake and flying around is kind ridiculous and none of the big knife retailers are immune to it so that's why I get most of my knives from here

A_JWI respectfully disagree. The significant online retailers wouldn't stay in business long if they started sending fakes. Plus they buy direct (or near-direct) from the large manufacturers. It's not just the customers who ensure their credibility. It's the manufacturers too. Wouldn't take too many fake knives sent to Spyderco for warranty by customers that were bought from vendor-XYorZ to get their serious attention.
I have never gotten a fake from GP, KC, KSF, or BladeHQ btw.
