From what I’ve read S30V and s35 are difficult to distinguish from a user perspective and easier to machine from a blade maker perspective. If true I would have expected a price drop.
LazarusLongAs someone who has had several copies of the S30V PM2 and my current S35VN PM2 for over 3 years now... - as well as many other knives in S30V and S35VN. I can confidently say that S35VN it quite noticeable at how much longer it stays sharp vs S30V. Sharpening is not HUGELY different, given the performance difference. I will take S35VN over S30V every time.
UncleMaliceI think anyone would but obviously you must factor in cost. I don't know what you do dull some many high end folders but i'll bet most guys are lighter users.
