Hate to be a downer but with Prime, the brown is ever so slightly cheaper on Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Spyderco-Southard-Folder-Plain-Knife/dp/B00A9XN9E2/
It's a good deal for the black variant though.
EDIT 10/1/15: I wouldn't trust Amazon, apparently there have been issues with fakes. I believe these are direct from Spyderco, can't beat that.

pm079Not to mention you can find it elsewhere even lower. I've been looking for a deal on one of these for a while and have passed on ~$180 a few times.
