The group’s order was picked up from the vendor and is now on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey. Given the tracking information provided, our warehouse team expects the shipment to come in by 10/16 and will be ready to get the order repacked and off to you as soon as it comes in.
Occasionally the shipment experiences a delay en route, but rest assured that we will keep the group updated throughout the entire process and let you know if something causes it to be set back.

A quick update for you all! We've been in touch with the vendor and they've let us know that they are still working to gather and pack the group's order for shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey. We will continue to check in with them throughout the fulfillment process and update the group again as soon as everything is en route to us!
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 10/12 or sooner if something comes up.

It’s a go! Thanks to all of you for being a part of this successful drop. We have submitted the group’s order with the vendor for the Spyderco Szabo Folder. They are currently preparing the shipment and once we receive it at our warehouse in New Jersey, we’ll separate everything into individual orders and send them out to you! We expect your orders will be in transit from our warehouse by 10/13.
In the meantime, we’ll do everything we can to update you on information we receive from the vendor about your order status so you know the location of your order throughout the process.

I have the satin blade version of this knife. I had been considering this knife for quite a long time, and when I finally got one I was wondering what I was doing without it for so long.
Yes, this knife is big but it does not carry as large. It is very comfortable to hold, has a good and stiff detent (IMO a good feature on such a large knife), all while having the fantastic build and design quality indicative of Spyderco products.

Sexy blade, but stupid long... Nice collectors piece, but that's it, IMO. Only possible functional use would be self defense, but you'd have much better options... even the karahawk (which is currently being dropped as well). But if you want a karahawk, they're talking about redesigning it and tweaking some of its shortcomings so you might as well hold off.
