Heard back from support. Apparently a number of orders where showing up as only having the shipping label created. They contacted the vendor to reship the units and said that I should expect to see a new tracking number in the next 1 to 2 business days, so either today (Monday the 12th) or tomorrow.
If you haven't received your order yet, I'd keep an eye on your email for a new tracking number. If that doesn't come, I'd try contacting support.
