HolotypeGood faith for what? I'm just curious, if you were supposed to receive the transformer but didn't, why didn't you tell them previously? Why bring it up now? Few businesses would honor that situation I think, you should have raised the support problem a long time ago. Just saying ...

HolotypeAs mentioned, it's highly unusual for any changes to be made a year after the transaction, but I read through the previous comments on this drop and think that this is a unique case we can make better.
