I got the 150's from this drop (can do on checkout). After only 2 weeks of use, the right cup is cutting out (i.e. if I move the cup to a certain position audio does not come out of it.) It sounds like a loose wire, but is there any sort of replacement policy for these headphones?

wookietiddySame issue here, Left side. Its the 100 model though. Replacement? I really like them. If there's no replacement I will probably see what I can do to solder the seemingly loose wire. EDIT: Checked Massdrop's replacement/return/repair policy and they will do it for a year warranty but we have to pay the shipping. This is just very wrong, they should never have broken in the first place. I don't have the money to pay for something twice.

spikespazInteresting. I contacted Massdrop Support and they emailed me an RMA form and a shipping label. No payment required. They're going to replace them for me.

wookietiddySteelseries declined my RMA request I sent them. Maybe Massdrop can do better. EDIT: Yes, Massdrop does honor the replacement warranty, however I am still required to pay the return shipping. I recognize that this is not Massdrop's error, but I am extremely unhappy for paying the extra money for a product that should have been working in the first place. It almost makes Massdrop's existence worthless, because I now pretty much have to repay the remainder of what I saved from buying it here in the first place. Besides, based on the reply I got from Massdrop, the process seems quite slow. I would have been better off buying it from Amazon or the original manufacturer to get a direct RMA form and faster shipping.

spikespazYeah definitely do it through Massdrop. They place the order with the vendor, so they have some pull with defective products. Hope this helps you out!
