da_vin_ciWe did a same drop, but different color. Here is the discussion: https://www.massdrop.com/buy/stipula-speed-fountain-pen
Here is a post that was from r/fountainpens:
x-post from /u/SincerelyNow on /r/fountainpens on Reddit,
"Stipula is an Italian company of some repute. Their high end stuff is some of the best stuff out there, period. Lots of innovation and modernity. Their low end, like this stuff, is good and comparable to commensurate brands at a similar price point such as pilot, visconti, sailor and platinum. Their steel nibs are just fine, no better or worse than a well tuned goulet, FC, Faber-Castell, or Edison in steel. They were one of the first, if not the, that came out with a semiflex titanium nib. I would personally buy this pen if I was hankering after a new one and had the spare money. I just got a puppy three weeks ago so won't be spending a dime on pens for quite a while, maybe even selling some. This pen is just as good and much better than most any other at the same price point, plus a better filling system than any at this price point plus the workmanship. It's a bold, modern design but if you like it I would hedge that the writing experience is top notch for the materials. Again, I'd buy it right now if not for my pup taking precedence in my life."

andyHow much truth is there that Stipula has rather random/poor quality control? I haven't had a Stipula before, but I see a lot of mixed opinions about them, more than a few people needing to send them back.
