FowlerIncessant bitching is annoying, I'll give you that, but if you think materials/labor/overhead for this brass container justify $105 (or the $125 MSRP) you're simply not as aware of mfg costs as you think you are.
This isn't automotive or appliances or likewise industries with large hidden/obscure costs, this is a rather straightforward piece which, in brass, isn't that high in material costs. I agree that expecting Ti/Silver or likening it to an altoids container is asinine.
