I contacted MD last month and here is the reply. Not much info.

KnomadInteresting, I got a similar reply from Ava on 23 October, but with more info:
Your concern is understandable and I have flagged this to our logistics team. They are currently looking into what is going on with the delay and once they have more information, they will update the group via email and by what I could gather from logistics, some of the orders were being delivered with lesser quantity than ordered so we took extra time to make sure all orders were being shipped in good standards. Thank you for your patience.
I only ordered one pen so I'm not sure what that means to me.

awkI ordered just one pen also. It sounds like some have been shipped to MD, if I read this right. Don't think I'll order a Super 5 if it comes up again.
