Quick update for the group, most orders have been shipped out, but there are 5 orders that included the temple cones that are still sitting in our warehouse. This is due to the fact that once our warehouse team started to package units they saw that these 5 units were not in the same great shape as the rest of the order and were damaged in transit.
We have already reached out to our vendor and are working on getting another set into our warehouse as soon as we can. We are pushing for these to arrive before the middle of the week. We will remain in contact with our vendor and update the group as soon as these arrive at our warehouse. We apologize for the inconvenience, but rest assured that we want you to receive your order in great shape and are working hard to make that happen.
Thanks for your patience and expect an update from us on 7/16 or sooner if something comes up.

Quick update for the group, the bulk order arrived today due to a late shipment from UPS. Not to worry as our warehouse team will pack and ship these first thing in the morning. We will update the group again when all outstanding orders have shipped.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 7/6. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Sometimes shipments get delayed en route, not to worry as we will keep the group posted throughout the process and notify you all if anything causes delay.

Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the Superior Threads King Tut Cones (2-Pack) and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where our warehouse team will break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 7/7.
Rest assured that we we will provide you all with updated information regarding the status of your order throughout the process. You can expect an update from us by the end of the day Pacific Time on 7/1.

This drop was fro 2 cones of King Tut thread. The cone holder was not available as an option for this drop this time around. I am working with the vendor to drop the con holders when they have more in stock.

I have committed to the lowest drop price and entered the info to paypal. There was no optional thread holder listed there. Help!

Thanks for joining the drop! There was no optional thread holder available for this drop, but it was available for the previous drop.
Our vendor is currently out of stock of the thread holder but we will be sure to make a drop for just the thread holder as soon as our vendor has them in stock.

Every drop has a running conversation so that you can see what questions were asked and answered the last time the drop was launched. A lot of people find it helpful to find their questions answered by the group already. You can see how many days ago a discussion comment was posted on the bottom right corner of the comment.

Quick update for the group; the bulk order arrived at our warehouse earlier today. Our receiving team was able to get most of the units inventoried and some orders even shipped out today! The remaining orders will be shipping out shortly. We will update the group as soon as the remaining orders are on the way.
