I don't actually own these headphones, but I have a pair of HD-25's that I love and use literally every day. I'll reiterate what a lot of people have said in that they're not for everyone. They have a really tight fit. With the HD-25's, you get a surprising amount of noise cancellation for them not being over-ear phones. The main reason I love these so much though is for drum monitoring. These are the only non-IEM monitors I will use for drumming. The split headband is what makes this possible. If you're a drummer, you know that any other headphone (no matter the cost) will fall off your head in the middle of a session if it has a single headband. The split headband allows you to wear it kind of like a helmet and it stays securely on your head during intense drumming sessions. Again, I'm not speaking from experience with these but rather the HD-25's which these are a knock off of so YMMV.
