cr0n1cMicrophone stand/tripod attachment. Seems to have a 1/4" adapter you can unscrew also if you want to use standard mic threading.

cr0n1cMicrophone mount/adapter, The rubber acts as a bit of a shock mount, reducing vibration from the mic stand into the mic (vibrations can be picked up by mics). That why a signer should never hold a mic unless it's a live setting and they want/need to do it for 'show'.
