Jokes aside (and there be plenty, it really is a name that means "Pretentious Youth" in America), I was considering getting an Electronic Unicycle (EUC) for fun and the 3.5 mile commute to work. Taking a full, big, heavy car seems wasteful for most of my transport needs; after four years and yearly road trips from Pennsylvania to Missouri and South Carolina, I've only put 20,600 miles on my car. I can't get an electric car because I live in an apartment with no place to charge, but I could bring a unicycle inside. I could ride a regular bike to the mall, but there's nowhere to secure the bike.
I did a few weeks of research, watched reviews and people having fun on YouTube, and I think a Ninebot C or E model would be the best choice for me. Just got some money too, so if a good model went on sale, I'd be pretty tempted!
I just hate the name of this company and their products. So awful. If they ever move to autonomous devices, I can't help but think they'd call them the "crunktrain".
A Chinese knock-off of the original SoloWheel from Inventist. Only 1/4 the power. Give it a few days and no doubt the batteries will explode.
Save yourself and buy the real thing.
