8 Full-Tang Blades, Scissors & a Maple Wood Block
Designed in Switzerland, these Swiss Diamond knives feature blades made from German 1.4116 stainless steel for a long-lasting and wear-resistant edge. Refined through a process of ice hardening to a Rockwell hardness of 57, the blades exhibit strength and no-stain properties—which could be why they were Red Dot Award winners in 2017. For a comfy grip, the resin handles are ergonomically shaped and highly curved. Included in the drop are 10 total pieces, from the 3.5-inch paring knife for detail cuts to the 7-inch cleaver for processing thick slabs of meat. Each piece fits nicely into the maple wood knife block, which is shaped just like the Swiss Diamond logo for added flair.
