These HD Pro nonstick fry pans from Swiss Diamond are made with a revolutionary coating made from real diamond crystals for the utmost in durability, heat transfer, and food release. The coating actually won Swiss Diamond a gold medal at the International Inventor’s Fair in Geneva in 1999. Both pans available feature a stainless tri-ply construction with a solid aluminum core, owing to quick heat-up times and good heat retention. Free of hot spots, they also have high sides so you can toss your food one handed with ease. Furthermore, if you want to stick them in the oven, they’re good to go to 500 degrees—not to mention they can be used with virtually any heat source you’ve got.
