Definitely would avoid getting these at all costs. Inline remote is not compatible with iOS, sound channels get mixed up when near heavy machinery (happens when I get within 20 feet of a car, so don't expect to use them outdoors) and now the left bud does not work at all. Total crap.

nickgiarraputoMaybe I've misunderstood your post but you are asserting that heavy machinery is somehow reversing the polarity of these iems or inducing crosstalk between channels? If so I would be highly interested in your evidence as that would violate the laws of physics as I understand them...

ElectronicVicesNot crosstalk. Whenever I rode the bus with these earphones, the sound would cut in and out (mostly out) and it was unusable. But once off the bus I could walk around with them all day without any problems (other than the remote not working.)

nickgiarraputoah, that makes more sense... based on your description you may have a shoddy solder point that is responding to the heavy vibration the large machinery often produces... just supposition on my part

ElectronicVicesThat's probably what it is, I'm not an expert so I wouldn't know but if this is a common issue then anyone buying should be aware
