Received my titanium Mover, and LOVED it for the first few minutes. However, the clicker mechanism is way too finicky and requires too much attention when actuating. I understand it’s supposed to be “robust” and all that jazz, but I had Parkers with ZERO issues for decades that work every single time, whether I’m very mindful or not. While I have the clicker on the Mover get stuck two out of ten times. I expected much better results than this ”new and improved” titanium clicker.

HonestVSame. The clicker on my brass Mover is absolutely terrible. It keeps getting stuck and often doesn't extend or retract properly.

tsangalYup. Two days into using it, the clicker gets stuck 5/10 times. Sometimes it doesn’t even want to depress and I have to release and apply pressure again to depress the clicker‘s barrel/actuator. Kind of ridiculous for a pen that costs this much. I’ll see if it breaks-in, and teat it out a bit longer prior to sending to get a replacement.
Will from Tactile Turn should offer a revamped mechanism free of charge for his customers. This is not good for the reputation as far as I’m concerned.

HonestVMy brass mover and titanium shaker just arrived. The shaker is buttery smooth when clicking but there's a bit of cartridge rattle when it's retracted. A tiny mental ring fell out (from where the spring is) when I opened it up the first time, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.
The shaker doesn't have any rattle, but the clicker is quite scratchy and not nearly as smooth. Hopefully this gets smoother with time. It only rarely fails to extend though, maybe one out of ten clicks if I'm clicking too fast. Also, weirdly, I can't find any way to open the shaker from the middle of the pen, only from the top. The mover twists open from the middle like I expected, but no amount of force will get the shaker to do the same. I'm literally wondering if they just forgot to machine the opening in the middle. I can still change the cartridge from the top, but more than a bit annoying. :/

OCoelhoPretoThe clicker on my stainless steel shaker is also really scratchy and frequently fails to retract. Sometimes it will retract partially and a light tap will cause it to retract fully but more often the clicker just seems stuck extended until I get the press just right. It seems more reliable if I give it a really firm press and release quickly.
