Update: I received a new click mechanism from Will (Tactile Turn) and now the pen works perfect. Thanks for sorting that issue out.
The pen is lovely and appears to be made with great craftmanship, however the click mechanism does not work at all. Either it doesn't retract or it keeps getting stuck like others have already mentionned. So disappointing considering it was no cheap pen at all. So far I cannot use it and the pen rests in my drawer.
Whom do we have to contact to get a solution for this issue -Massdrop or Tactile Turn directly?
