Gateron browns or Cherry browns? I am new to Mechanical keyboards. I would like the tactile feel and work in an office setup. I use it for typing. In case I use the blues and use a .4mm reduction O-ring, will it quite the kb enough to work in an office or is browns safer way to go? I do occasionally type heavy handed.

DesibiduGateron equivalents of the main switch types (red, blue, black, brown) are often regarded as better than their Cherry rivals by many enthusiasts. They tend to be less scratchy which leads to a much smoother feel. Brown switches in general don't have that crazy of a tactile feel but, as someone who has previously used Gat Browns, they're definitely nice. Browns are the safer option. Blues are LOUD. O-rings will not reduce it enough to not annoy coworkers.
