Why is everyone whining about this coating. It takes a $2 bottle of 91% isopropyl alcohol and a container with a lid. Put keycaps in container. Poor in alcohol to cover. Cover with lid. Shake vigorously for 3-4 minutes. coating removed. Wash caps with soap. STFU and stop whining about the coating.

StahPKCoating is not removed from you shaking the cap for a couple of minutes lol. You only end up diluting the slime and it suspends in the alcohol. As soon as you pull a cap out it'll stick back to the cap and anything it touches, including your skin. Of course you're gonna have less of it, but the only real solution to the coating is to never put it on the caps in the first place. I see this as a pointless marketing gimmick for targeting dumb-asses. As if a plastic factory really have any kind of advanced "nano-tech" going on with their caps lol.

StahPKHow about you STFU and not support a cap maker coating caps with an unnecessary gimmick? Yet even worse, lopsided thickness but hey put it in a jar and shake it away.

StahPKWhy shouldn't people voice their opinion? Tai-Hao is getting customer feedback here. We don't want that coating. If they remove it, it will be cheaper for them to make and more people will want them too. We all win, right? When did customer feedback become whining?
