J707It'll do probably 20-25mph with the add-on battery and stock brushed motor. Being electric, it'll launch as hard as you hit the throttle because max torque is available at 0rpm. This is an RTR or ready-to-run RC so performance won't be ground breaking but with an upgraded battery, motor, and speed control this RC has the potential to be crazy fast. As far as battery life, it's all about the miliamp hours, or mAh, so you're looking at about 10min of run time with a 1800 mAh battery but you'll get longer run times and a faster car with a better battery. One advantage of the battery is it'll charge quick so you're down time is minimal. As with all RC's a simple wheel/tire swap can change all the dynamics of the car, you could put drift tires on and slide it sideways.

ecolemanecoleman, is correct! However the battery life may be a little longer, roughly 15mins with average throttle usage, wide open throttle, and were back to 8-10 minutes.
