Compared to the Nikon 70-200 f/4 is this a good lens?

Matthias_LambertThis is a far better lens. It has image stabilization and is just all around probably better glass than that. Its the same quality as the 1k tamron 70-200 except for the fact that its f4. Both of these are on par with the more expensive Nikon and Canon 70-200 lenses.
