Construction & Capability
The lens is built with Ultrasonic Silent Drive, which speeds up autofocus response for faster shooting. Vibration Compensation automatically adjusts blurry photos and creates sharp images, even in low light. A moisture-resistant body adds additional durability wherever you may be shooting. Three LD elements and two Extra-Refractive index glasses in the lens provide superior performance. The Tri-axial VC provides additional sharpness and detail in every shot. Finally, the rounded diaphragm provides mediated blurring effects for better focus on a subject and balanced, blurred backgrounds when desired.
