Compact Telephoto Lens With a Bright Aperture
Designed for Canon EF or Nikon F-mount full-frame sensor cameras, the Tamron SP 70–200mm f/2.8 Di VC USD G2 lens has a zoom range that’s well suited for travel, street, and portrait photography. Featuring a bright f/2.8 constant aperture, the lens is built with one extra-low-dispersion element and five low-dispersion elements to reduce chromatic aberrations and color fringing throughout the range. Its eBAND and BBAR coatings prevent ghosting and flares while working with strong backlights. The Vibration Compensation feature provides clear shots even in moments when the camera is part of the action. Finally, a ring-type Ultrasonic Silent Drive autofocus motor allows the lens to respond quickly and accurately to changing environments.
