Thanks again for joining this drop! With your help we were able to make it successful for the community. We've just submitted the group's order with the vendor for the TC Electronic Polytune 2 Mini Pedal Tuner and they are working hard to prepare it for shipment.
As soon as the group's order is ready at the vendor's location, they will send the bulk shipment to our warehouse in New Jersey where we'll break it up into individual orders and ship them directly to you! The current estimated ship date from our warehouse is 10/13.

Will this thing work with a bass?

jimmy6000While it will work with a bass in chromatic tuning (one string at a time), the polyphonic mode will not work.

NerthniGood question,
It will work with 7 & 8 string guitars, even with chords, can't guarantee it would work with a 9 string guitar. But if anyone has had any experience with 8+ string guitars and this pedal, please feel free to post them here.
