I encountered a defect in the magnet upon delivery. I reached out to Massdrop & they could only offer me a refund, which I wasnt happy about. So I emailed TEC directly to see if they could help me replace the defective unit. Despite purchasing this through a vendor (Masdrop), the TEC customer service team responded (on the weekend I might add), apologized for my issue & offered to take care of me and send out a new unit right away.
A few days ago I thought I’d lost my chance at this (the Black Diamond coating looks amazing). While I’d heard many great things about them, having now experienced the way they treat customers, TEC really went above and beyond my expectations. I will purchase from them again, for the CS alone! Thank you TEC!
