Pretty unsatisfied with this product. Claims to glow for "up to 12 hours—the longer the exposure time, the higher the light intensity.". I left mine in direct sunlight for 7 hours (while at work), and then three hours into the evening I could barely see it in a dark room. Yes, it *was* still glowing, but that was three hours into their claimed 12. The plan with these was leave it attached to a pull cord for a light, but since they won't glow long enough they are just sitting on the kitchen table. 2/10, everything is solid except the glow pellet.

rezin8That bad? Haven't watched yet. But reading comments hasn't helped.

BrainFlushHuh. I can get mine to glow for like 8 hours just by blasting it with my little 150 lumen keychain light for 30 seconds. Granted it won't show up too well in full sun or a well-lit room, but it's not invisible. Maybe high-intensity, short interval charging is best? If I remember correctly a UV light charges the glow-in-the-dark things even better. I'll have to see when I get home.
