I was overall happy with the product.. and it came with a couple additional balls. however all of them were dull and unsmooth. At first I was really happy TEC Accessories was thoughtful enough to provide extra balls in case we were to lose ours, but to provide dirty/used balls to us, I'd honestly prefer to buy them on my own rather than receive a free cheap product. and was really disappointed with this. I'm not sure if anyone has similar issues as me but it would be nice if TEC Accessories can provide new balls instead.

rwpoonPlease note: the balls were dull right out of the bag when I opened my package from the mail. Barely even used my orbiter.

rwpoonPlease understand that we did not ship used balls, that is literally impossible. Let me look into this. If they were "dirty" they may have arrived with a coating from the factory. Does the "dirt" come off with a simple wipe down with a cloth? If not, will a cleaner like Windex clean them?
