daneHhThere is a huge difference. The feel is significantly better (you're fidgeting with it, so you will touch it quite often) and spin times are significantly longer. They have a different sound to them and the vibration and gyro feedback is completely different and far more solid.
It's like saying why use a montblanc pen when you can use a cheap plastic bic one? They both write, but the montblanc glides over paper and has a wonderfully smooth feel, whereas the bic feels like a cheap plastic tool that does the job. Funny enough, this analogy works with fidget spinners as well, as some literally feel like they're gliding in your hand when you spin them. Plastic ones, in comparison, are honestly a really poor experience in comparison (unless you get something like the Troika, but that's a novelty in itself)

However, the 'spinner' here is rather unique in that it's entirely magnetic. There are no ball bearings and therefore you fidget with it in a completely different way. You can view an indepth review video here to learn more about it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OKMhUPYZI_0

daneHhIt's simple then! It's not something that you'd enjoy so might as well pass it and go on with your life.

Beach_GuyYou don't have any "worthless" guilty pleasures? Everything you buy is sensible?
I am glad I can't say that, I enjoy the luxury of buying things that I want, and don't necessarily need.

elmo291966bearing? For what? This is a magnet, right? Normal fidget spinners/spinners in general have ball bearings around the grip, and I'm not sure this counts as having a bearing at all, what with the magnet and the position of the ball around the magnet...

Beach_GuyThe point is...if you have more than enough money for food, and shelter, and basic necessities, then you buy a phone, a computer, a car, etc. etc. Your logic is like saying that cars are worthless because we have motorcycles, or vice versa. Or that we don't need cars because we have trains. Plus, once you have enough money, its not enough to see all your money going towards 'sensible' things such as gas for your car, food, electricity, wifi, cable, etc. because at that rate your money builds up too much. It's not about what's 'sensible', it's about what satisfies us and our personal desires/needs. Although, lets be honest here, if I had enough time and energy to be spinning these things all the time, as well as enough money to throw at these sellers, I would just buy video games, movies, consoles, computers, and etc., considering all of the aforementioned electronics seem much more sensible/practical than this, and would probably satisfy longer than a fidget spinner.

Beach_GuyUnwilling to comment on what you "waste" your money on? Run around judging people and name calling on the internet. Then tell other people they need a safe space.

Beach_GuyWhat is truth though? Philosophically speaking, your truth is not universal. So to some you are not speaking truth at all.

Arker_1I look at my Steam account... Even that can't stop my ever running brain or body. I don't even call it hoarding as I use everything almost daily, referring to gear. I'm losing it. :D
