Personally I'd rather pay a little more, and get the real deal instead of a Chinese knockoff that can't be prosecuted for IP theft because of their lack of protection over there. This is a good deal at this price, and if I needed more of these I'd be on this drop already.

Lu_eI was sent a P7 clip by accident when I purchased another TEC item from eBay. They let me keep the P7 clip plus they sent the original item that I had purchased. The P7 clip is very sturdy and I doubt you would ever break it or wear it out unless you were actually trying to.

dplafollHate to break this to you, but they're probably both made in China... but it could very well be the premium label version is a higher quality. Not everything that comes out of China is of equal quality. My cousin has to go to China for business trips. His associates there always ask him to bring them stuff they can't get over there, but the curious thing is that these are also made in China. They get the cheap knock off versions domestically and they break. The ones that are exported are nicer and they prefer those when they can get their hands on them.

hyperlinkedWell sure, I'd bet on it. But one is sold by the company that designed, commissioned, and advertised the product. The other is not. It's the same thing about buying counterfeit knives and other products; you're supporting makers that are stealing income from those that should be earning the sale having put in the work on the product in the first place.
