To address a few questions:
- It is 25 lumens with fresh batteries. This is a direct drive light, so the light intensity will diminish with use
- This entire light is smaller than a AAA battery. If we were to use AAA battery, we would also need a boost circuit to increase voltage to the LED, which would increase the size even further (battery + LED + LED mount + tail screw)
- The watch batteries are a very common size and easily available, just Google them
- Yes, there is no reflector. This is not designed to be a high intensity thrower, it is designed to be so small that you will carry it everywhere for the convenience factor.
- I don't know what Massdrop's policy is here, but I am going to suggest people to see our web site where there is much more information about this product. That may reduce the number of questions.
