Motor and ESC (Tekin electronics pictured are not included)
So unlike the Tekno EB48SL,
Are we to assume that the wheels and tires are included for this drop?
I will say the same thing here as I did for the Tekno EB48SL drop. Amazing vehicle, super easy build, tunes to any driving style, durable as all heck (the nickname is "Tekno Tanko" amongst rookie and novice drivers). 2 Upgrades should be picked up to make that the case. An alloy servo horn if your servo doesn't already come with one, and the alloy "a" block (front most hinge pin holder brace). You can find the manual online ahead of time in case you are worried about the build, to see just how easy it is, at teknorc.com and you can find the support forums for the vehicle on rctech here:

If you're going to bash with it, or your track doesn't care about more than 2s in 4wd SC classes, then the 3800 SC combo should be quite fun on 3s.
