Does this package include tippet? The description states "This is a full package that has everything you need to start fly fishing right out of the box", but I don't see any mention of tippet under the specifications section.

RockCrayfishI bought the last package on MassDrop for the Teton and no tippet was included, but its also not listed on the package items on description page. I'm guessing thats assuming people who go into fly fishing fish already and have it. But I agree with you if you to have a claim that you can start fishing out of the box to include it and add a few bucks to the package price. I ended up buying a spool off their site since I'm brand new to fishing and thought this was a cool idea to add outdoor adventures.

I seldom fish, but am looking forward to a compact, simplistic, rod throw in my pack while walking/hiking. I'm not surprised that tippet is not included. I do, however, feel that it should be noted in the drop description, considering it's sold as a complete package with "everything you need".

RockCrayfishIts likely marketing words :) I do backcountry backpacking, so the idea to fish sounds great to me. You'll have to write a review of the Sawtooth. I went with the Teton since it was advertised for all around rod. I know nothing so I decided to pick somewhere to start.
