Terra Nova makes excellent tents but they don't have great distribution, and therefore the company isn't well known (especially in the US). This tent in particular is fantastic, but quite expensive, and people are hesitant to take a risk on a tent that they haven't tried out. But if you look closely, you'll see that the specs are top-of-the-line and the structure is quite similar to a lot of super popular Big Agnes Tents (though this one is more waterproof). And, if you look back at the previous discussion posts, our price was significantly higher. Well, I believe this is a great tent and I've been working hard to negotiate an absolute killer deal on this tent that should help make it easier for you to take the plunge. I don't know if we'll ever get a price this good again.

DannyMilksThank you for this great product! Just wondering is it gonna be possible that new version Solar Photon 2 comes to Massdrop? I am about to pay then I realized this one is the old version. What a pity.
