Are there thumb holes in these? I bought one from a different site a few months ago and even though they advertised thumb holes, the product came without them. Still a good base layer, warm and comfy, but I was disappointed it wasn't the same as the original one I got from Massdrop last year that definitely had the holes.

alfredo99The one that I purchased in a drop a while back has thumb holes. it has a piece that kind of extends the sleeve and has the thumb hole in that. On one hand I love the thumb holes but on the other hand if you don't want to use them, I find this sort of flab can be a little annoying to get out of the way.

alfredo99I purchased the Smoke Heather half zip on a previous drop, May 2016 (date of manufacture May 2015.) That came with the cuffs with thumb holes as shown in the photos. I purchased the light heather gray half zip on the February 2018 drop, just received (date of manufacture July 2017.) It does not have the same cuffs and no thumb holes. It doesn't even feel like quite the same fabric - fuzzier but maybe not quite as substantial - although both garments show identical style IDs; TW8747. I'll keep it, but I'm not thrilled with the differences.
EDIT: I just went directly to the Terramar website with that style number. It does not depict or list a thumbhole feature. I am guessing that they dropped it from newer versions. Would have been nice if they changed the style number or something to reflect that it is not the same garment...

alfredo99I guess only full zip has it, because the black half zip that I ordered sure doesn't. A bit disappointed about it, but otherwise it seems like a well made shirt so I will not be returning it. But they should remove the misleading model photos for sure...

VelakAs I noted above, my older version half zip did have the thumb holes but the newer one did not - same style #. Can't speak to whether the full zip offered in the latest drop (February 2018) had them or not. Maybe someone else who ordered that version can share that info. Terramar website doesn't even list a full zip product anymore.
