FYI
This is only 30% merino wool and only on the inner layer.
If you can wait for the following drop to be re-activated, I bought one and am really happy with it.

Price [total with shipping to Canada] was slightly more than double the price of this item and its 100% merino wool.
I also bought their gaiter and 1/4 zip full-sleeve crew and use them all regularly in winter.
Not a shill for the company, just trying to give some good feedback to the community since the product discussions are where I have gotten some of my best shopping advice on MD.
AHAPI saw a Terramar size table over on BackcountryGear's website, see below. It says that Regular size is based off of height 5'8" to 6'. Tall size is 6'1" to 6'3" measures 2" longer overall, 1" at the sleeve. So I guess that means the 2" added on to the inseam for bottoms. But that's just a guess. I would think waist remains the same between Tall and Regular. I am not having any luck finding the "base inseam" size for Regular. Hope this helps.

The group's bulk order arrived at our warehouse and almost all of the individual orders were shipped out. Upon taking inventory of the units received, our team was made aware of a backorder affecting a small handful of units. We've been working closely with the vendor to resolve the hiccup. We will continue to work closely with them to get the remaining orders out to our warehouse in New Jersey as soon as possible and will update the group as soon as everything is en route to us.
You can expect an update from us on 4/8 or sooner if something comes up.
