12 ohms. That's pretty low impedance. If the impedance didn't vary with frequency like most IEMs, it should be fine.
If not, it won't sound good with most smartphones since their output impedance is high when compared with 12 ohms

MoesIt's a DD setup, so the impedance curve should be flat (This is typical for IEM at least)
