Are you kidding me Massdrop? I got a package with my replacement Backspace today, which is fine. But what is not fine is the declared value of said package with a single keycap in it. Why the fuck did you declare it as my order total minus shipping? Now I had to pay full customs fees again.
Edit: Support resolved the issue, contact them if you're in the same boat.

henrikfI already did that on Saturday, also waiting. Let's be realistic, the best thing they can do is provide corrected customs documents so that we can dispute it with our local customs offices.
