How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".

If you do try to fit these to your Minila make sure you check that the rows and sizes will work for your board. It's a lot easier to fit keys to that board if they're uniform profile, but this set is sculpted.

But that's just me.
So thinking about my previous question, I will need the base + modifiers + no. Pad + white fox … do I need to pick up 40% or erogodox for the different size modifiers on the minila (e.g. shift key is definitely different size)?
By this point I feel this already cost way more than the minila itself 😂😂
Edit: actually… I just did the maths, this will end up costing even more than the white fox… very expensive.
Minila is the absolute WORST at finding any number of keys to fit. For myself, I stopped buying weird layouts years ago due to this very reason because in the end, if I want to look down on a keyboard and see a Perfect Colour-way installed and working perfectly, stick to ONLY the TKL and 104 key layouts and you will never be disappointed in that decision.
The Milila is only good if you FORGET about fitting any customized key-caps, much like the dreaded HHKB monstrosity and the pain those suffer, with non-compliant key-cap layouts.
TBN is a color code - for one of Signature Plastics ABS colors.
