In all honesty this item is past where the value is worth it. You can get much better products now for roughly the same price. Herbal Vapes have progressed enough to make this feel obselete. The biggest draw back is the weakish feeling better and long preheat times.
If anyone can figure out how to disable the "feature" on this that lets it automatically open up a browser window to the Ciggo.com website if you plug the device into your computer's USB to charge it, please let me know.
The thing uses the same tactic as the Hak5 "Rubber Ducky" hacker device that lets it act as a trusted Human Interface Device (like a keyboard) when you plug it in. It executes a Windows-R command to bring up the Run prompt, types out "www.ciggo.com" and hits Enter. I DO NOT appreciate this intrusive behavior. If you had software on your computer that automatically started executing commands and live-tampering with your computer, that'd be called a virus or at least malware.
My package has been delayed, not updated for 5 days and just now got a notification its even in the same state. This morning they received it, delayed it and didnt ship to me. Don't they have a guarantee that they will ship in a few days. Is there any way to get a refund? Even if they get it to me tomorrow it will have taken them over a week to get to me. Not happy for first class

I have looked into the situation and your package is indeed in your state for delivery. I am not sure why the postal service delayed the package but I do show it is slated for delivery.
Unfortunately we can not issue a refund for a package that is in transit. I will keep an eye on the progress and notify customer support for you if we run into any problems.

An update for the group, the order has been delayed because of a late trailer delivery. The new estimated date of arrival is Monday. Our team will try to ship the orders as soon as possible. We will update the group as soon as this happens.

Great news group! The vendor has let us know that the group's order was picked up and is on its way to our warehouse in New Jersey now. Based on the tracking provided these are scheduled to come in 8/5. Our warehouse team has been forwarded tracking info and will be standing by, ready to get these packed up and turned around as soon as they come in.
Just to re-state the vendor only will be shipping the Herbstick Eco in black. Group members who ordered the other color options and didn't reach out to customer will automatically be shipped a black unit.
