After seeing the AliExpress post, I can't say I'm surprised. This is after loading it up with my 13" MBP.

Same happened to a guy on Amazon. Going to raise a support case and see what happens. Pretty disappointing so far.

craingerI ordered a blue one in Amazon last week, a day later the seller contacted me and said their buckle was updated,and sent the new buckle to me. This is the new one, received it few days late than the bag.

OLeeeAh awesome. MD refunded me and let me keep the bag. I might reach out to Travables and see if I can get a new strap. At the moment I'm using a HP laptop bag strap.

craingerI'm that guy on Amazon. Worth noting that that review was for the second bag they sent me, after the first broke. Travables just got back to me after I reported the second bag and offered me an entirely different bag as compensation. I don't think I'll be taking it. How did you arrange a refund via MD?
