Sorry for the delay everyone. We were working with out manufacturer to figure out an issue and determine how many units were affected.
While packing up the assembled kits, it was noticed that some of the stabilized keys were sticking. A spot test showed that ~30% of the keyboards were experiencing this issue so we looked into what the cause was.
It appears that during the laser cutting of the plates some of the slots for the stabilizer inserts were shifted by up to 0.4mm. The WhiteFox is designed with 0.2mm tolerances and this additional margin of error was causing enough friction on the stabilizer and keycaps to result in stuck keys.
We are already having the plates recut for the entire drop and are addressing the already assembled units.
This unfortunately adds a delay for the assembled units, but we are rushing to have them corrected as soon as possible.
For anyone with a barebones or unassembled kit who has received their kit or shipping notification, there is a chance that your plate has been affected by this. Please check all your stabilized keys for any sticking and contact Community Support if you are experiencing any sticking of your keys. As soon as we have the recut plates we will send out a replacement to everyone who has contacted us as being affected.
We apologize for this inconvenience and will let you know as soon as we have more information.
Expect another update from us on 12/15 or sooner if something comes up.

PeterKIs it possible for someone to take shots of the specific locations in question? with 0.2mm the issue, a quick file may be more effective than a 1 month wait...
PeterKI will go on holyday from 15/12 to 01/01. Do you think i have to change shipping address or this issue will also delay shipment for zealios kit and it's okay if i don;t change the shipping address?
I mean can guess the delay windows for the zealios kit?
kiddYeah... except this isn't the first run. They should have worked out all the kinks in the first drop, which took more than twice as long as expected to ship.
Colluphid42It doesn't make sense for them to foresee these types of problem in the production line. The missing leds, keycaps and switches maybe, as they do that themselves when splitting the order for shipping. But when it comes to production lines there's no way.
PeterKGot mine and the keys sticks, any idea what the ETA is on new plates or how they will be shipped? I managed to get everything included with mine.
jgardner04You do it though the massdrop support center (https://www.massdrop.com/support). I wrote in that my plate was faulty but got a reply saying they'd put me on the list of people who were missing stabilizers. I have the stabilizers so am now trying to clear up that confusion.
signed8bitI sent in the email and I think I'm on the right list. Do we have to send back the plate? I am half tempted to try some "custom mods" to see if I can get this one to work...
