Wow. Just received mine -- Aria, gateron browns. The backspace key is stuck, and the escape key and keys 1 -7 have dead LEDs. For such an expensive and long drop, this is ridiculous. Did anyone even plug in this board to see if it lit up? How did this get shipped out?

timmojoPlease go to https://configurator.input.club and flash some new firmware onto your keyboard (either a custom layout of your choosing or the correct one for your keyboard). The instructions can be found here: https://github.com/kiibohd/controller/wiki/Loading-DFU-Firmware
This will fix your LEDs.

Yin_YangYou're joking, right? I paid $225 for a keyboard with a stuck backspace key and broken LEDs, and then need to go to some random website to put the correct firmware on it? I can't send this piece of junk back fast enough.

timmojoThey're not broken, they're just not on. You can either be mad and stubborn and waste your money sending back a perfectly fine keyboard, or you can use one of the features people bought this keyboard for: a very easily customisable keyboard layout. Input Club have made it very easy for people to do this with their configurator that I linked.
Massdrop wanted to ship these out as fast as they could, my guess is they flashed a "vanilla" or "truefox" layout firmware onto the wrong keyboards. It's forgivable, since it's so easy to fix. You don't have to use massdrop, but if you do you have to be prepared for small problems like these.
Good day.

Yin_YangYou have a very interesting definition of "perfectly fine keyboard". In addition to 8 keys with broken LEDs, the backspace key is permanently stuck in the depressed position, as I mentioned two separate times.
Good day to you.

Yin_YangThis guy paid extra money to have it put together. He should have received a product that functioned properly. He didn't.

timmojoYour stabilizer inserts on the backspace key might be upside down. Try installing them properly to fix the key:

Unplug your keyboard and plug it back in, or flash the firmware like others have already mentioned to fix the LED issue.

gh120845hThanks for the suggestions. I just took the backspace cap off, verified the stabilizers are on there correctly (long end facing up), and re-seated the cap. It's still stuck. I also tried bending out the stabilizer rails like it says in that video, but that didn't help either. I think something's wrong with the switch itself. And since I paid extra to have this pre-assembled, Massdrop needs to make this right.
