The council itself is a secret committee, known by few but presiding over many. In this strategic game, you are one of the council’s country leaders, striving to achieve your own objectives while preventing other countries from achieving theirs. Balance your resources, build your infrastructure, and defend your territory to become the leader of the world. This drop includes the Cold War Expansion, which includes a new game mode where councilors split into two teams. It also allows you to change your faction. Also included is the Disaster Pack, which includes random perils and events to spice up gameplay.
