Just got it, assembly was a nightmare, specifically the step of attaching the back and bottom of the seat. Instructions are basically useless. I can't help but feel I did something wrong because it was very hard to get the thing screwed together, then when tightened it was impossible to put the plastic caps over the bolts. If anyone did NOT have this problem, please explain. Did you leave the screws loose? Was there some part missing they didn't send me? Probably going to reach out to TT.
Other than that I like the chair a lot, just sucks to have the exposed bolts.

If anyone's interested I do like this chair a lot. I'm 6'2 and the back and head support work great.
Two main complaints: 1. The seat cushion is very stiff, I'm hoping it breaks in a bit. 2. The seat is too narrow. I don't understand why they would design it this way but they could easily add another 8 inches to the width and it would be fine.

pujkloDid this seat cushion ever break in for you? I'm looking at maybe getting another one of their chairs and there are hardly any reviews for them besides the two on here. Thanks

monacoBMWNo, the seat cushion is extremely firm. I had to put an extra cushion on top in order to sit in it all day.

Its one of those cheap Chinese racing seats mounted to an office chair. Not that its a bad thing. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Carbon-Style-Black-Red-PU-Leather-Reclinable-Racing-Passenger-Side-Seat-w-Slider-/172291785933?hash=item281d6404cd

In what universe is being able to lay completely flat on your back in a gaming chair actually a selling point?

larsloofThe same universe as the rest of the gaming chairs lol
larsloofJust to chime in because why not, I have my set-up at home to where I can pull my monitor so it's over me and I can recline with a footrest. This would be pretty cool actually, but my current room setup wouldn't allow it (stupid carpeting).

WaVeSWell I guess your legs would counterbalance and keep you from tilting over, but it does look a bit dangerous/scary.
