Being a TT product it gets the cosmetic part, but the performance is average. Cryorig, Thermalright offer better performance for less cost.
"As such, we must conclude our review. For those looking for the best raw-performance, or the best bang-for-the-buck cooler, the ThermalTake Riing Silent 12 Pro is not for you – we saw it bettered by cheaper coolers like the Cooler Master Hyper 212 LED and Cryorig H7."

Hey, Massdrop, what about a Thermalright cooler drop?
I can't say I like this new "popular drops" section on every description page., it interrupts my vibe and makes the site look a bit cheesy and desperate. I can scan every drop on my own thanks. Just my humble opinion.
Maybe add a user setting to turn it off? (Please)
Looks like the cursor on the thermal image is pointed at the Plastik of the fan, i´d say good work, the plastic doesn't get hotter than Room temperature.
No really what did you want to show with that image?
JonnyDvEHow cool the area around the heatsink is compared to the other components (Mobo)...., just ignore that photo, it's obviously just a marketing thing
