I'm in the market for a portable, I generally dislike 'on ears' but that's pretty much the only option in the porta category. For comparison, I consider Momentum 2.0's a bit too big, can anyone comment on the size in relation to those? And can these take a day to day work bag beating? Would I be better off getting something cheaper like PX-100s? Without a Z Review I feel like a child wandering aimlessly in the desert... Thanks!

BeerCanChickenI got thinksound on 2 from last drop.I'm trying to reply as clear as possible, mind you that English is not my native language.
1)size in relation to Momentum 2.0, I can't give an opinion on this, I dont have momentum. But,overall i think, It depends on your country's ambient temperature. I live in very hot climate country. Heat and sweat could build up behind the ear even, from the slight and soft pressure of on2's earpad. Leather on ON2's earpad is extremely comfortable for my preference. 2) You could definitely use it and carry it in commuting lifestyle, but mind you that leather on earcup is quite delicate. But included soft bag is good enough to protect and carry ON2 around. 3) I don't know the sound quailty of PX-100, but for my own experience with ON2 after 2 weeks, without getting much into detail. It suits every genre of music VERY well, I don't even know why ON2 is priced in this price-range.It should be around $400 Though soundstage isn't great, being closed-back,and, track with lots of instrument in same frequency range could sound abit too congested, especially for rock and heavy guitar track, But that doesn't mean it lack clarity or precision, ON2 did classical music , Jazz , concert-ripped audio really well, giving a spacious feeling and sound. With bass-heavy track, like R&B or soul or modern pop;Bruno Mars,or pop with synth-bass, ON2 played it all out pretty well, Bass resolution and punch are all there.

BeerCanChickenI have a number of headphones the size of the Momentum, and these ON2s are smaller by about 1/3 perhaps. You can get actual sizes from Amazon's website, but that's my best guess. These are very solid, and would be well suited for travel. Cheaper than these? I don't know of any headphones of this quality for less than $200. These are really good at blocking out sound around you. Not noise cancelling, but very good never the less due to the nature of the wood.

VekitThanks for the response! It seems they get pretty good reviews across the board.

daleskyThanks man! They sound like a good headphone and with a good cause. Unless I'm on a plane where I can kind of relax, I like to be cognizant of my surroundings so these sound perfect.

BeerCanChickenThe ON2 is small in size, big in sound. Below 40mm drivers the sound becomes shallow (IEM apart).

BeerCanChickenPX100 and Koss's both are cheaply made, foam earpads disintegrate, sound not as good.
